Hand-made in the time honoured way using organic ingredients: oat-meal, onions, fresh pig’s blood, milk and herbs filled by hand in natural, edible casings, then tied with string and simmered in small batches.

We make these organic Black Puddings on our Soil Association certified farm within the Pembroke-shire Coast National Park.

Greeted with enthusiastic acclaim from the chefs and clients of prestigious hotels and quality B&B’s, we now offer our Black Puddings to a wider public via mail order.
